Also known as ‘Gum Arabic”, Acacia Gum is a natural gum from the Acacia tree. It is a natural thickener and film forming agent, often used in masks. It is also used to stabilise emulsions, increase viscosity and improve texture. It is water-soluble and should therefore be added to the water phase when making emulsions. This is a vegan ingredient.
