This ylang ylang is the oil that is collected in the first 1-2 hours of distillation. It holds the heaviest portion of the essence, and also the finest as it holds the most ester, ether and phenol content which gives it it’s light yet floral aroma. This variety is most soluble in alcohol and therefore favoured for perfumery. It is also used to supports heart health, both physically and emotionally. Useful when feeling shock, anger or frustration to help calm and comfort the mind, body and emotions. May help to control mood swings. Encourages romance.
